- Chelsea have joined the race to sign Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez in January 2018
- The Blues want to lure the Chilean international to Stamford Bridge in the next transfer
- Manchester City and French club Paris-Saint-Germain are also interested in signing Sanchez
Premier League champions Chelsea have reportedly entered the race to sign embattled Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez in the January 2018 transfer window.
The Blues will however face serious competition to sign the Chilean international from rivals Manchester City and French club Paris-Saint-Germain.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte wants to bolster his squad in January 2018 and he has identified Sanchez as a good player that will help his quest.
Sanchez is out of contract at the end of the ongoing season at the Emirates and has given Arsenal no reason to believe he is willing to extend his deal.
The Chilean star is seriously linked with a move to current Premier League leaders Manchester City in January after missing a deadline move to the Etihad in September 2017.
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has recently declared that he is optimistic that Sanchez will agree to have a reunion with him at the Etihad after working together at Barcelona.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported of how Arsenal told Manchester City to give them Raheem Sterling plus cash for the chance of them luring Alexis Sanchez to the Etihad Stadium.
