The FIFA Puskás Award is an award established on October 20 2009 by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), by former FIFA president Sepp Blatter, in order to award the player, male or female, judged to have scored the most aesthetically significant, or "most beautiful", goal of the year.

Aviles Hurtado scores with a bicycle kick straight from a corner kick whipped in by Joe Corona. Hurtado’s right-footed volley leaves Atlas goalkeeper Miguel Fraga with no chance to save as the shot flies into the far, top corner.
7. Mario Mandzukic ( Croatia, Juventus)

Mario Mandzukic scores an equaliser in the first half of Juventus’ 4-1 defeat by Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League final with an acrobatic, overhead kick at the end of a super team move by the Bianconeri. Leonardo Bonucci sends a long ball to left-back Alex Sandro, who finds Gonzalo Higuain with a first-time cross out of the air. Higuain controls Sandro’s cross with his chest before teeing up Mandzukic, who also chests the ball before volleying a shot over Keylor Navas and into the goal.
8. Oscarine Masuluke ( South Africa, Baroka)

Baroka goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke scores a stoppage-time equaliser with a bicycle kick. Masuluke latched onto Orlando Pirates keeper Thapelo Mabokgwane’s poor punched clearance, let the ball bounce once on top of the penalty area, before unleashing an overhead kick with his back to goal into the top corner over Mabokgwane and two Orlando Pirates defenders.

9. Nemanja Matic ( Serbia, Chelsea)
Chelsea - Tottenham Hotspur / FA Cup 2016/17 / Date: April 22 2017
Nemanja Matic secures Chelsea’s place in the FA Cup final with a fiercely-hit shot from almost 30 yards from goal. Matic’s left-footed powerful effort hits off the crossbar into the top right corner, leaving Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris with no chance.

Jordi Mboula delivers a superb piece of individual skill. He starts the move off with a roulette to beat his defender down the right wing before slaloming past two defenders just inside the penalty area and finishing the run with a composed strike into the low, far corner.
