Spanish striker Diego Costa has explained that he is not angry with Chelsea coach Antonio Conte after the Blues agreed to sell the embattled forward to Atletico Madrid.
Diego Costa is expected to make a move to Spanish club Atletico Madrid, but the Spaniard will have to wait till January 2018 before he will have the chance to play for the club.
The 28-year-old refused to make a return to Premier League champions Chelsea this season claiming that Antonio Conte did not want him in his squad.
‘'There’s nothing of the sort there, I’m not upset with anybody, I have no bitterness towards anyone at Chelsea. Everything is cool.
'‘Everybody know how much I love the fans, and I don't have problem with anyone. All I want is for me to move to Spain and start playing for Atletico Madrid,'' he said.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have not felt the absence of Diego Costa this season as new signing Alvaro Morata has been in good form since joining the Blues from Real Madrid.
