Liverpool midfielder Philipe Coutinho has refuted claims by Liverpool that he has back injury and won't feature in the game against Watford.
The Brazilian had earlier said he won’t feature in the game as he hopes to force the hand of Liverpool into his ‘dream transfer’ to Barcelona.
SkySports confirms that Coutinho has handed a transfer requested to Liverpool today, August 11, as a bid to force his Barca move.
Liverpool has initially stated that Coutinho is part of Klopps plans and thus not up for sale; however, it remains uncertain if their stance will change following the recent transfer request handed by the Brazilian skillful midfielder.
