Although Arsenal officials have reached an agreement with the player's representative, the French club is yet to begin negotiation for Lemar.

Legit.ng gathered that Lemar has three years left on his current contract with Monaco and the French club will be looking to keep the winger at the Stade Louis II.

The 21-year-old is set to become the Arsene Wenger's third signing of the summer following the arrival of Sead Kolašinac and Alexandre Lacazette.
