The Super Eagles of Nigeria will play their World Cup Qualifier against Cameroon on Thursday, August 31, 2017 in Uyo.

FIFA announced the new date for the game on Friday, July 1 on their official website.

The reverse fixture in Yaoundé has been set for Monday, September 4.

The game in Uyo will come up at 7pm Nigerian time. The Super Eagles media officer Toyin Ibitoye said the game was fixed for a week day to maximize television opportunities.
