- Arsenal have made a £30m bid for Barcelona's Arda Turan
- The Turkish winger has failed to nail down a first team spot
- The 30-year-old join the Catalans in the summer of 2015
Arsene Wenger is interested in securing the services of Arda Turan from Barcelona and he has launched a £30million bid for out-of-favour forward ahead of a summer move.
The Turkish midfielder has been placed on the transfer list by the Catalans after failing to secure a first-team spot at the Nou Camp.
Although Inter Milan are interested in his services, Wenger believes he can sign the 30-year-old ahead of next season.
The former Atletico Madrid star – who joined in 2015 – will be allowed to leave but not on the cheap.
Turan is under contract until 2020 which Barca chiefs believe can be used to enhance a deal.
The 94-cap international retired from Turkey duties earlier this month after clashing with a reporter.
