Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been reportedly given whopping sum of £165 million by the Gunners' board, and the Frenchman has been ordered to spend it all this summer.
Wenger who recently signed a new two-year extension deal at the Emirates stadium has been told to bring in quality players who will help the team to challenge for the Premier League title next season.
Despite winning the FA Cup, fans were left furious as Arsenal missed out on Champions League football for the first time in 21 years with a fifth place finish.

The former Monaco boss is expected to land the trio of Monaco star Kylian Mbappe, Leicester City forward Riyad Mayrez and Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan.
After his superb performances last term in the UEFA Champions League, Kylian Mbappe is reportedly interested in joining Spanish champions Real Madrid, but Wenger would try to convince his countryman to make a switch to England.
Mayrez on the other hand is willing to become a Gunner next season, while Barcelona star Arda Turan has already agreed to play for Arsenal next term.
