Nigeria's Super Eagles have moved up two places in the latest FIFA ranking released Thursday, June 1, 2017.

The team's last match was a 1 - 1 draw with Corsica which was played on Friday, May 26.

The Eagles now occupy the 38th position, two above the 40th position they occupied in May.

The Eagles play Togo on Thursday, June 1st and later South Africa on June 10th in Uyo in an AFCON 2019 Qualifier.

The Eagles are now ranked the fourth best team in Africa with Egypt, Senegal and Cameroon occupying the top three positions. Congo DR comes in fifth place.

Brazil remain the number one country in the world with Argentina, Germany, Chile and Colombia making up he top five.
