Spanish champions Real Madrid are reportedly ready to break the world transfer record for them to land Chelsea star Eden Hazard this summer.
Hazard has been the top transfer target for Real Madrid since January 2017, and Zinedine Zidane's side are now prepared to tempt Chelsea with the sum of £100 million for them to lure Hazard to Spain.
NAIJ.com understands that Real Madrid chiefs and Chelsea have had three separate meeting in 2017 on the transfer of the Belgian international, but the details of their reported meetings is not known.
Hazard has been promised a role as Real’s advanced playmaker, operating in the hole between the normal front three of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale.
It is understood that the conversations between Hazard’s representatives and Real have been extremely detailed with discussions of tactics and formations.
