The planned Premier League open-bus victory parade has been cancelled in the wake of the Manchester Arena attack.

The parade which was due to take place on Sunday, May 28, was cancelled with the Blues saying it would be "inappropriate" for it to hold.

Monday's bombing killed at least 22 people and left another 59 people injured.

The Blues had planned an open-top bus tour with the trophy and hoped to add the FA Cup in Saturday's final with Arsenal.

Arsenal have also cancelled a parade should they win against Chelsea in the FA cup final.

A screening of the match at the club's Emirates Stadium has also been shelved, and fans will be given refunds.
