- Arsenal will be without defender Laurent Koscielny against Chelsea in the FA Cup final
- The Gunners had their appeal on his red card against Everton dismissed by the FA
- He will miss Arsenal's next three games starting from the FA Cup final clash against Chelsea
Premier League club Arsenal are now set to be without their star defender Laurent Koscielny in Saturday's FA Cup final clash against Premier League champions Chelsea.
This news will come as a big blow to embattled Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger who had hoped that Koscielny's red card appeal against Everton will be accepted.
But the Football Association have dismissed the appeal and the defender has been banned for three games starting with Arsenal's encounter with the Blues in Wembley.
Arsene Wenger could also be without center-back Shkodran Mustafi who is just recovering from a suspected concussion.
After their failure to finish among the top four teams at the just concluded Premier League season, Arsenal will want to make their fans happy by winning the FA Cup against Chelsea on Saturday, May 27, 2017.
