- Liverpool have shown serious interest to sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlin
- The Reds want the Englishman to dump the Gunners for a move to Anfield
- Chamberlin still has 18 months left on his contract with the Gunners
Premier League club Liverpool have indicated strong interest to sign Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlin at the end of the ongoing Premier League season.
But NAIJ.com can report that Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool chiefs will go into serious competition with Manchester United and Manchester City to land the player.
According to the report, the 23-year-old who still has 18-months left on his current contract with the Gunners was said not to be interested in signing another deal at the Emirates.
Liverpool are now considering an offer of £35 million for the 23-year-old Englishman to leave the Emirates stadium this summer.
It is however not clear if the player will be willing to join Liverpool should he decide to leave Arsenal this summer as the winger was said to be considering joining a team that will campaign next term in the Champions League.
