Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann has ruled out move to Real Madrid with premier league side Manchester United in the chase for the French forward’s signature.
The 26-year-old has also been a target for premier league clubs Chelsea and Manchester City and Spanish giants Barcelona.
Griezmann has ruled out move to Real Madrid as he said the move won’t be achievable given his attachment to Atletico.
He said: "I do not rule out anything in the future, but I'm happy at Atletico and hopefully I can stay here".
When asked about interest from Madrid? The French international said: "I can't say "yes" or "no". You never know what can happen in football, but moving from Atletico to Real, I don't know if it's achievable."
"Very few players have done so. For this reason, I think it's dead."
NAIJ.com reports that since his arrival at Vicente Calderon from Real Sociedad in 2014 for £25million, the French forward has become one of the most coveted strikers in Europe scoring 80 times in 150 games.
The French forward scored a late equalizer in their thrilling 1-1 draw against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu on Saturday.
