Jose Mourinho is looking at the possibility of of dropping Paul Pogba because he more focused on his commercial work than actually showing up on the pitch.
The Portuguese has always been unhappy with the way Pogba focused on activities off the pitch but what broke the camel's back was the Frenchman’s recent Twitter emoji stunt.
NAIJ.com understands that Mourinho does not want his off-the-field activities to become a distraction.
Pogba has extensive sponsorship agreements including a huge deal with sports goods giants Adidas.
According to the Mirror, the Red Devils boss has asked his record signing to cut down on his commercial activities or be dropped if he felt they were affecting his form.
Pogba became the world’s most expensive player at £89.3million when he rejoined United from Juventus last summer and has ever since been sporting new hairstyles sometimes one before every new match.
The France international has been heavily criticised for his social media antics also here he posts pictures of himself regularly dancing and dabbing.
The 24-year-old Frenchman is currently out with a hamstring injury and missed action with France during the recent international break.
Pogba has taken time to settle at United since returning in August and has yet to justify his massive transfer fee despite posting impressive chances created figures.
