Nigeria's Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has informed his players that they may now face an English Premier League (EPL) side, following the cancellation of the friendly with Burkina Faso, over the non-issuance of visas to its players and officials.

Daily Post, while citing Allnigeriasoccer.com, reports that the Super Eagles may be involved in an exhibition game with the EPL side before returning to their various clubs early next week.

It was gathered that talks are already underway as the players have continued their preparations for their next engagement.

They were involved in training sessions conducted on Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25.

Report also reaching NAIJ.com indicates that Trabzonspor midfielder Ogenyi Eddy Onazi has returned to training after suffering a back injury against Senegal on Thursday, March 23.

NAIJ.com recalls that the Super Eagles of Nigeria played out a 1-1 draw with the Teranga Lions of Senegal on March 23 at the Hive stadium in London.
