The super eagles of Nigeria will face Senegal on Thursday, March 23, in an international friendly billed to hold at the Hive stadium in London.

Teranga Lions will do everything to console their fans back home after their dismal outing at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations which Cameroon won.

The last time Senegal defeated Nigeria in a competitive game was on February 7, 2002, in an African Cup of Nations tie and the lions have vowed to clip the wings of the Eagles on Thursday night.

With 11 goals for Liverpool this season, Mane is one player who can cause havoc to any defense.

Super Eagles defenders will have to be at their best on match-day for them to be able to cope with the pressure of the no nonsense forward.

2. Abdoulaye Diallo - Çaykur Rizespor, Turkey

Moussa Sow is another forward the Nigerians must not give the slightest space. The 31-year-old striker has scored a total of 11 goals this season.

4. Idrissa Gana Gueye - Everton, England

This 27-year-old is a very intelligent midfielder; and since the captain Mikel Obi will be missing for Nigeria in that game as he opted out of the friendlies, players like Ogenyi Onazi and Wilfred Ndidi will need to be at their best, otherwise, Gueye will determine the proceedings.

This tie will be the battle of the midfield as the Super Eagles will be missing the service of Mikel Obi and the responsibility will now fall on Ogenyi Onazi and Shehu Abdullahi to keep Idrissa Gueye out of the game.
