- Leicester City want Craig Shakespeare to be in charge till the end of the season
- He was an assistant to sacked Italian manager Claudio Ranieri
- Shakespeare has won his two games in charge since Ranieri was kicked out
Embattled Premier League club Leicester City are reportedly considering giving the club's manager's job to Craig Shakespeare until the end of the ongoing League campaign in England.
Craig Shakespeare was Claudio Ranieri's assistant and he has been acting on interim capacity since February 2017 when the club fired the Italian football manager.
And since the exit of Claudio Ranieri, the Foxes have been impressive as they won both of their last games against Liverpool and Hull City.
But the 53-year-old has never managed on a full time as he was brought to Leicester City by Claudio Ranieri's predecessor Nigel Pearson.
Meanwhile, Leicester City next play Sevilla at home in the second leg of their last-16 Champions League tie on March 14, 2017 as the Spanish side won the first leg 2-1.
