Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard have revealed the nicknames of their Manchester United teammates in a light-hearted question and answer session on the club’s Facebook page.
The two were asked to say what they called some of the players in the squad at Old Trafford with many of the answers being obvious.
Lingard labeled Zlatan Ibrahimovic ‘God’ and Rashford adding: “Beast – in every kind of term. His mentality is as big as his attributes.”
The two branded Wayne Rooney as ‘Legend’ with Lingard saying: “Legend, that’s the only word you can use to describe the things he’s done club and country wise.
“He’s set the bar really high for anyone who wants to catch him.”
Rashford says David de Gea is called ‘Sticky’ while Lingard says Chris Smalling is known as The Voice because he is always speaking.
Rashford added: “It must be difficult for him sometimes because some of the defenders don’t speak much English."
