Swedish international superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic wants his current club Manchester United to guarantee Champions League football before he would sign a new deal at Old trafford.
Since joining the Red Devils on a free transfer last summer from French side Paris Saint Germain, Zlatan has been in superb form for the Premier League giants as he has netted 24 goals in 37 games for United.
His contract expires at the end of the current football League season in England, and there have been many talks that the 35-year-old would leave at the end of the season.
According to the report, Manchester United will apparently need to finish in the top four of the Premier League or win the Europa League if they want the Swede to extend his deal.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is desperate to keep Ibrahimovic at Old trafford next season, but the Portuguese is also eyeing Barcelona forward Neymar should in case.
United currently occupy sixth position on the Premier League standings with 48 points after 25 games played this term, they are 12 points behind leaders Chelsea.
