According to the report, United manager Jose Mourinho has been given the green light to spend big this summer, and the Portuguese man has identified the 20-year-old Tottenham star as his main target.
It was explained that the former Chelsea gaffer has been monitoring the player's progress since the last six months, and the 53-year-old tactician is now ready to lure the player to Old trafford.
