Recall that Klopp had accused Jose Mourinho of resorting to long ball tactics in their 1 – 1 draw at Old Trafford when both teams met on Sunday, January 14.
"In the end period of the game when United started playing long balls to Marouane Fellaini and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, after 80 minutes of high intense football, it is really hard," said Klopp after the game against United.
"They play long balls, it was a wild game. There was a lot of action in the last few minutes."
Liverpool were condemned to defeat against Swansea at Anfield after with Sigurdsson scoring the winning goal to win it at 3 -2 barely ten minutes to the end.
In a bid to salvage something from the game, Jurgen Klopp threw centre-back Joel Matip forward in the hope of grabbing a late goal, a move heavily condemned by United fans.
