There are indications that Chelsea’s captain John Terry could end his 22-year stint at Chelsea.
This follows reports that the 36-year-old has been lined up for a sensational move to Bournemouth.
The move would effectively end Captain Terry’s trophy-laden Stamford Bridge career as he is out of contract at the end of the season.
According to a report on Express.co.uk, Cherries boss Eddie Howe is considering signing Terry on loan after Chelsea recalled fellow defender Nathan Ake from his spell on the south coast.
It was gathered that Howe’s ambitious bid has the backing of Bournemouth’s mega-rich Russian owner Maxim Demin.
Howe said after Chelsea recalled Ake: “Losing Nathan is a big blow. It will be hard to recruit someone of his calibre.”

Terry has been a key player for Chelsea since he made his debut as a 17-year-old, raking in over 700 appearances.
However, he has struggled for game time since Antonio Conte reverted to a 3-4-3 formation.
He has played only five Premier League matches this season and was sent off in Chelsea’s FA Cup third round win at home to Peterborough on Sunday, January 8.
