Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has denied Mathieu Debuchy's claims that the Frenchman kicked against his loan move to Premier League side Manchester United in the January 2016 transfer window.

The player who is currently injured had hit out on the Arsenal manager explaining that Wenger deliberately stopped his potential move to Old Trafford during the last transfer.

Wenger, 67, who has been the manager of Arsenal since the year 1996 on Friday, December 30, 2016 said he was surprised by his player's accusation stressing that Manchester United never made any offer for Mathieu Debuchy.
