1. Zinedine Zidane
Last season, Frenchman Zinedine Zidane led Real Madrid to a Champions League triumph over city rivals Atletico Madrid in Milan as he became the 7th manager who have won the Champions League both as player and coach.
Zidane who is a three-time FIFA Ballon d'Or winner won the Champions League as a player in the 2001/2002 season.
2. Pep Guardiola
After winning the Champions League in 1992 as a player, Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has also won the championship twice in 2009 and 2011 when he was the handler of Barcelona.
3. Frank Rijkaard
Former Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard won the Champions League three times when he was playing for AC Milan in 1989, 1990 and 1995. In 2006, he led Barcelona to a success as a manager beating Arsenal 2-1 in the final in Paris.
4. Johan Cruyff
Johan Cruyff is one of the best players to have played the round leather game as he won the Champions League title as a player in 1971, 1972 and 1973 before coming back to win it as a manager with Barcelona in 1992.
5. Giovanni Trapattoni
Former Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni won the title as a player in the year 1963 and 1969 while playing for AC Milan. He also won it as a coach with Juventus in 1985.
6. Carlo Ancelotti
Italian Carlo Ancelotti is the only man who has won the Champions League three times as a manager after winning it in 2003 and 2007 with AC Milan and also in 2014 with Real Madrid.
He was also a member of the AC Milan squad that won the championship as a player in 1989 and 1990.
