Champions League: Fixtures, preview and possible line ups

The group stages of this Champions League season concludes today's with most teams playing for pride with qualification sealed. 

After yesterday's matches, fourteen teams are through with four more vying for the four remaining berths when the group stage concludes on 6 and 7 December.

Atlético Madrid (group winners), Barcelona (group winners), Leicester City (group winners), Monaco (group winners), Arsenal (group winners), Napoli (group winners), Benfica, Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern München, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid are through to the round of 16.

København, Lyon, Porto, Sevilla can qualify on Wednesday games of matchday six. Club Brugge, CSKA Moskva, Dinamo Zagreb, Legia Warszawa, Sporting CP, Tottenham Hotspur however cannot finish in the top two.

Borussia Mönchengladbach have qualified for the Europa League via a third place finish while Celtic, Club Brugge, Dinamo Zagreb, Dynamo Kyiv will finish fourth whatever the result on match day six is.

Here are are the matches to be played tonight;

Bayer Leverkusen vs AS Monaco

Monaco have won Group E; Leverkusen will finish second.

Volland (thigh), Mehmedi (groin), Kampl (foot), Bender (heel), Bellarabi (groin) are missing for the German side while the French principalicty are without Subašić (wrist), Falcao (rested), Bernardo Silva (rested), Fabinho (rested), Glik (rested), Sidibé (rested).

Leverkusen: Leno; Henrichs, Jedvaj, Dragović, Wendell; Havertz, Aránguiz, Baumgartlinger, Brandt; Hernández, Hakan Çalhanoğlu.

Monaco: De Sanctis; Jemerson, Diallo, Mendy, Raggi; Dirar, Moutinho, Bakayoko, Boschilia; Carrillo, Germain.

Tottenham Hotspur vs CSKA Moscow

CSKA need to defeat Tottenham to finish above them in third in Group E.

The injury enforced absentees are Lamela (hip), Davies (ankle), Janssen (ankle) for Tottenham Hotspurs while Eremenko (suspended), Cauņa (ankle), Pomazun (knee) are Moscow absentees.

Legia Warszawa vs Sporting CP

Third-placed Sporting CP need only avoid defeat to secure their entry into the UEFA Europa League. Legia must win to snatch third place – and end their 21-year wait for a UEFA Champions League group stage victory.

Legia: Malarz; Bereszyński, Pazdan, Rzeźniczak, Hlousek; Guilherme, Moulin, Odjidja-Ofoe, Radović, Kucharczyk; Prijović.

Real Madrid vs Borussia Dortmund

The current champions must defeat Borussia Dortmund if they are to progress as Group F winners. Dortmund need only a draw to cement first place.

Madrid are missing Kroos (metatarsal), Bale (ankle), Morata (hamstring) while Dortmund have to do without Götze (knee), Bürki (hand), Guerreiro (muscle strain), Subotić (knee), Kagawa (ankle), S Bender (fitness), Nuri Şahin (knee).

Club Brugge vs FC Koebenhavn

København have a head-to-head advantage over Porto on away goals so will come second if they win and Porto do not. Brugge are consigned to fourth place in Group G.

FC Porto vs Leicester City

Leicester have won Group G. The English side have conceded just one goal in their five games so far.

Juventus vs Dinamo Zagreb

Juventus were 4-0 victors when the teams met on matchday two. A win will see Juve clinch top spot in their group.

Barzagli (shoulder), Bonucci (thigh), Dani Alves (fractured fibula), Pjaca (fractured fibula) are out while Dybala (thigh) is doubtful.
