Di Matteo's side have won just one of their last four games and they know defeat in Turin would make it very hard for the European champions to defend their title.
Chelsea are desperate to avoid being the first holders ever to go out of the group stages, and Di Matteo is considering overhauling his side - which could mean Torres may be dropped for the first time this season.
"I've always said that we have two strikers in our team, Fernando and Daniel Sturridge, " insisted Di Matteo.
"They're both fit and I'll have to see how we're going to go. I will do whatever I believe is best for this game.
